Artist Sandra Rowe has been recognized as the Riverside Arts Honoree of the Month for July

The Arts Honoree of the Month award is given by the city of Riverside, the Riverside Arts Council and the Riverside Cultural Trust. The purpose of the award is to recognize the contributions of artists and art organizations to the quality of life in Riverside.
